First week of winter and the weather improves. Go figure.
A terrible mishap leads to the cracking of the corrector plate on the C8, but
the telescope still appears to be usable. Meanwhile, I did some wide-angle
imaging with the shorttube 80 and the quickcam, and the results are very
exciting. I hope to try less bright objects soon.
